Life I still love my thoughts of "home" and Killeen was a great hometown.Hi to all my very good friends. I wish that I could come home to the next KHS reunion...Let us know of any plans! If you have to be away from Texas though, Florida was a great place to live for 28 years ...despite the news depictions of hurricanes. We have survived several now and they actually add to the comradery of a neighborood....There is nothing better than a post hurricane barbeque to cook the thawed frozen food for the neighborhood!( If you lose power for 8 weeks as we didin 92. And when, a year has come and gone you have practically a new house TOO!! There was sailing, the beach, great music, great football, basketball,hockey,and friends "Go CANES" And when we want to visit our daughterin the 90's , we would head to Orlando where we could do numerous parks and activities.
